Delivery times vary by product type:
Ready-to-Ship Items
- US delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment
- International delivery: 2-3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing
Made-to-Order Pieces
- Manufacturing begins 24 hours after your order is placed
- Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated completion times
- Shipping times are added to production timeline
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order status
- Following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our Customer Care team with your order number
For orders containing multiple items, pieces may ship separately depending on availability. You'll receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
For Ready-to-Ship Items:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy
For Made-to-Order Pieces:
- Changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement
- After 24 hours, these orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified

Domestic (United States)
- Flat rate shipping via USPS starting at $6.85
International
- Standard shipping rate of $20
- Delivered via UPS & DHL
Please Note: International customers are responsible for:
- Any customs duties and taxes
- Import fees specific to their country
- Ensuring compliance with local import regulations

We offer international shipping to most countries at a flat rate of $50. If you don't see your country available at checkout, please contact us at contact@krystellbarraza.com to inquire about shipping options.
Shipping rates may vary based on package weight and courier pricing. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges, and value-added taxes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.
Domestic Orders
- Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address
International Orders
- Prices shown are exclusive of local taxes and duties
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and VAT charged by their country
- These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original sellable condition
- Original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
- Returns are currently only accepted for U.S. orders

Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchange Policy
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item following our return process and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures the fastest service and allows you to secure your preferred item while your return is being processed.
To initiate a return:
- Email contact@krystellbarraza.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return - Our Customer Care team will review your request and provide:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping address
- Additional instructions if needed - Package your return:
- Ensure items are unworn and in original condition
- Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation
- Pack securely to prevent damage during transit - Ship your return:
- Use a tracked shipping service
- Keep your tracking number for reference
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we exclusively partner with dedicated boutiques and do not work with third-party marketplace sellers (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
For in-stock items, we have no minimum order quantity, allowing our stockists the flexibility to test styles and calibrate future orders based on demand. Made-to-order items require a minimum of 25 units per style/color, with production beginning after receipt of a 50% deposit. We've structured these requirements to support our stockists' success while maintaining our quality standards.
For wholesale orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment. A detailed overview of our terms can be viewed here.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our online wholesale portal. We also welcome ACH transfers and company checks made payable to Krystell Barraza LLC.
