Returns & Exchanges
General Information
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for U.S. orders. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed, and refunds typically appear within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original sellable condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items (all sale purchases are final)
- Lingerie and swimwear
- Hair accessories
- Hosiery
- International orders
- Items with removed or damaged hygiene strips
- Items received outside the 14-day return window
Exchange Policy
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item following our return process and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures the fastest service and allows you to secure your preferred item while your return is being processed.
Process
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items returned in non-sellable condition may be subject to partial refund based on the item's residual value. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
