RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied for any reason, and are based in the United States, we are glad to accept returns of merchandise for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange so long as your item meets the following criteria:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Returns are only accepted for items shipped within the United States - we do not accept international returns.

• Returned item(s) must be in original perfect and sellable condition, unworn and undamaged. It must include the original packaging, the original receipt, tags, & leaflets.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• All return requests must be mailed to contact@krystellbarraza.com

Returned items will be inspected upon their arrival. If the product was used/damaged, will charge you with any depreciation, reimbursing you only the residual value of the product.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for lingerie, swimwear, hair accessories and hosiery.
