RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied for any reason, and are based in the United States, we are glad to accept returns of merchandise for a full refund or exchange so long as your item meets the following criteria:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.

• Returns are only accepted for items shipped within the United States - we do not accept international returns.

• Returned item(s) must be in original perfect and sellable condition, unworn and undamaged. It must include the original packaging, the original receipt, tags, & leaflets.

• All return requests must be mailed to contact@krystellbarraza.com for you to receive a return label.

If you elect to use our courier, the service costs will be deducted from the product refund.

Returned items will be inspected upon their arrival. If the product was used/damaged, will charge you with any depreciation, reimbursing you only the residual value of the product.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for lingerie, swimwear and hosiery.
